Hazelwood v. Kuhlmeier
There was a newspaper known as The Spectrum that was a school-sponsered paper at Hazelwood. After the principal recieved proofs and believed that two articles were inappropriate he said that the pages with those articles were not allowed to be published.

The court ruled 5 for Hazelwood and 3 against. Schools are not required to promote particular types of student speech.
