Everson v. Board of Education
Background Information
A New Jersey law allowed money already spent to parents who sent their children to school on buses controlled by the public transportation system. Children who attended Catholic schools also was included in this.

The Court ruled no on the case, they believed that the law did not go against the first amendment. It was a law that help parents of all religions in getting their kids to school.
